2. Description of Service

Ajax Studio provides AI-powered music and video generation services, including but not limited to:

  • AI-generated lyrics and song compositions
  • AI-generated vocals and instrumentals
  • AI-generated music videos with multi-scene narratives
  • Virtual band creation and management
  • YouTube publishing integration
  • Cover art generation

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service.

4. Payment and Credits

Ajax Studio operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through our pricing plans and are used to generate content.

  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • Unused credits do not expire while your account is active
  • Credit usage varies by feature and content type

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of AI generation services and the immediate consumption of computational resources, we do not offer refunds on any credit purchases or subscription payments. Please ensure you understand our Service before making a purchase.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service, subject to the following:

  • You grant Ajax Studio a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service
  • You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and inputs do not infringe on third-party rights
  • Generated content may not be used for illegal purposes

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content of real individuals without consent
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or attack the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Unused credits are forfeited
  • Your generated content may be deleted after a reasonable period

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajax Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ajax Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
